Bifrost Studios has validated a solution. A premium, practitioner-led AI upskilling product built specifically for senior non-technical executives. The concept is validated, the market opportunity is confirmed, and we are taking it to market with aggressive growth targets.
We are hiring a CEO and Co-Founder to build this out with us. You will own the product, the commercial engine, the team, and the P&L from day one.
- Take the validated model to market: own the go-to-market strategy and drive the business to meaningful revenue.
- Build out the first core product: shape the programme experience end-to-end and ensure it delivers at the highest level.
- Launch a top-tier brand identity and commercial front: establish the company as the definitive AI leadership programme in Europe.
- Build a high-performing team: recruit, develop, and lead the founding team as the business scales.
- Own the P&L: manage pricing, unit economics, cost structure, and financial performance from day one.
Requirements

- Track record in a commercial role: you have owned a revenue line and hit it.
- Experience as a manager: you have built and led teams and know what high performance looks like.
- Experience selling or delivering to C-level stakeholders in large organisations.
- AI fluent or genuinely passionate about where AI is taking business and leadership.
