Automotive Technician/ Mechanic

**Experienced Automotive Technician – Big O Tires, Colorado Springs**

**$1,000/week guaranteed base + commission. Strong producers earn $1,800–$2,500+ per week.**

We're a busy shop with a team that gets along, and we're adding one more solid mechanic. You don't need to be a master tech. We need someone who can handle general repair, diagnose common mechanical and drivability problems, work independently, and fix it right the first time.

**Pay and schedule**
- $1,000/week guaranteed base plus performance commission ($94K–$130K+ per year)
- Higher pay rate for strong diagnostic techs
- Flexible schedules: Saturdays off available, or four 10s, your choice
- Jobs are split fairly by ability, so you never have to fight for work
- Consistent workflow, we have the cars

**The work**
Brakes, steering and suspension, cooling systems, check-engine and drivability, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and engine repair based on experience.

**What you need**
- 3+ years of professional repair experience
- Your own tools and a valid driver's license
- Dependable, productive, and easy to work with

ASE certifications aren't required.
