This role: A day and week in the life…

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Provide technical support to end-users, helping them with IT-related problems and inquiries.
Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset management tracking.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

Are a Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Possess a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
Have a strong attention to detail and ability to think logically when facing unexpected issues.
Possess experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office 365.
Are a quick learner, are open to feedback and work well in a team environment.

Eligible candidates reside in Michigan commuting distance from our Troy, Michigan office.

This is a temporary position specifically for the duration of the summer months. Employment beyond the specified end date is not guaranteed.
Compensation
$18- $20/hour USD
