You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Team Introduction

The Central Product Team at Binance is where innovation meets user experience. We're shaping the core platforms and services that support Binance’s global ecosystem, optimizing user interactions, and enhancing operational efficiency. If you're passionate about building scalable, secure solutions that drive crypto adoption, join us and be part of a team that's redefining the digital asset experience.

Responsible for the research of product user experience and functionalities.

Collect users feedbacks for payment products and give reasonable suggestions and improvements.

Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process.

Assist product managers prepare product materials such as FAQ, Training materials, etc.

Familiar with payment products in the EU such as SEPA, Card payment, etc.

Good sense and understanding of user experience.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability of problem solving.

Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units.

Ability to commit 5 days per week for a period of 6 months.
