Your Role PSC Biotech is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team on a 7-month temporary contract, with possible extension. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across various HR initiatives, including compliance tracking, policy and employee handbook coordination, SOP documentation, project tracking, internal communications, town hall coordination, and other general HR activities. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, supporting our US and global HR operations during Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time. Employee Relations: Employee concerns, investigations, corrective action, conflict resolution, and employee/manager support Employee Communications: New hire communications, HR announcements, newsletters, employee surveys, event communications, and other employee-wide updates Town Hall Coordination & Deployment: Planning and developing the meeting agenda, finalizing content, sending meeting invitations to US/Canada staff, communicating slide deadlines to managers, coordinating presentations, and finalizing the master slide deck. Leading the presentation day of and presenting in the town hall. New Hire Orientation: Every month, new hire orientation Employee Programs and Engagement: Coordination and distribution of employee perks and programs, Gym membership contract renewals, Nationwide Pet insurance sweepstakes, Employee Anniversaries, Employee Appreciation Day, EAP resources, ACE certification, special recognition, employee shout-outs, and other employee engagement initiatives Requirements 2+ years of experience in HR, HR administration, HR coordination, or a related field. 2+ years of experience supporting US-based or global clients/teams. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with HRIS, project management, or documentation tools preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams. Ability to work within these standard hours: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time.
