Bitdeer is building out its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capability to govern a global portfolio of more than 3 GW across data-centre, AIDC, and mining infrastructure. We are looking for an EAM Systems Engineer to serve as the dedicated Asset Management resource on this system build. You will bridge asset management requirements into the design and delivery of the EAM system — translating asset management policy, asset hierarchy, and lifecycle governance into a working system across the maintenance, lifecycle, and warehouse management modules. This is a hands-on engineering
role for someone who understands both how enterprise systems are delivered and the physical assets they are built to govern.

• →Translate asset management functional requirements into system specifications, working closely with the IT delivery team across the maintenance, lifecycle, and warehouse management modules.
• →Own the technical detail of the asset data model within the EAM — asset hierarchy, classification standards, lifecycle-state fields, and the reporting layer.
• →Define and validate acceptance criteria for delivered capabilities, and lead user acceptance testing and functional validation across modules.
• →Ensure the system correctly captures assets at the construction-to-operations handover — configuration, documentation, tagging, and register entry.
• →Embed lifecycle governance into the system: maintenance regimes, condition and criticality tracking, and disposal and renewal workflows.
• →Govern the transition from existing tools to the EAM, including data migration standards, validation, and cutover.
• →Support site-level adoption so the system is usable in practice, not only technically sound.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronics, industrial, or a closely related discipline).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations end-to-end — ERP, EAM, CMMS, or comparable systems— covering requirement development, build liaison, user acceptance testing, and working towards formal asset management governance.
• Working understanding of asset management fundamentals — asset registers, lifecycle stages, maintenance regimes, and asset data structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and to validate delivery against them.

• Exposure to capital projects or construction delivery — ideally in data-centre, AIDC, industrial, or infrastructure environments — with an understanding of procurement, commissioning, and the construction-to-operations handover.
• Familiarity with data-centre or mission-critical infrastructure assets, including power, cooling, and IT hardware.
• Awareness of ISO 55001 or Institute of Asset Management (IAM) principles, applied in a practical manner.

• Working knowledge of network and IT infrastructure assets and how they are classified and tracked.
• Experience in an agile or product-led delivery environment.
• Data modelling or analysis skills to support lifecycle-cost and reliability reporting.
