Hands-on analyst owning the operational and analytical backbone of our token economics: the trackers, dashboards, and pricing models that keep GPU allocation, cost-per-token, and vendor comparisons grounded in real data. Works closely with capacity planning, infrastructure engineering, and finance. This is an operator and analyst role, keeps it current, and drives it forward with speed and minimal direction.

• →Build and maintain trackers and dashboards that monitor GPU allocation, utilization, and cost-per-token economics across models and customers.
• →Run pricing and discount analyses — modeling how promotions, tiering, and volume commitments affect margin.
• →Maintain and improve sourcing and vendor comparison frameworks across compute providers, in partnership with Finance and Infrastructure Engineering.
• →Reconcile contracted vs. provisioned vs. utilized capacity, flagging gaps and supporting capacity allocation decisions.
• →Prepare data-backed materials and recommendations for leadership reviews.
• →Champion process improvements — designing workflows that streamline recurring analysis and reduce manual work.
• →Take on ad hoc analytical projects as pricing and capacity priorities evolve.

• 3+ years of experience in FinOps, business operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytically rigorous role.
• Strong quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and comfort building analyses from scratch.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in SQL or data visualization tools, and comfort with AI productivity tools.
• Comfortable pulling your own data and generating insights without waiting for a dashboard to be handed to you.
• Able to learn new domains quickly and operate effectively in unfamiliar territory.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and keep information current.
• Clear communicator who can present data and comparisons to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: GPU/compute procurement, cloud infrastructure economics, or usage-based pricing/billing experience; vendor or supplier relationship management for compute or data center hardware; high-growth startup or AI infrastructure company experience; interest in power markets, energy procurement, or hardware supply chains.
