We are seeking a full-time personable, dedicated, and highly motivated QA/QC Documentation Specialist.  The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our Quality Management Team. All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. As a QA/QC Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining and verifying all quality related documentation and other duties as assigned. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Operating Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel to generate, review, and digitally update weld and flange maps
  • Taking raw data provided from the site and plotting it out to ensure all weld IDs, bolt torquing, and joint details strictly meet site specifications
  • Process daily production and welding logs provided by the QC Specialists 
  • Review production and welding logs for completeness and digitally file them to maintain a highly accurate daily record of all site activities.
  • Act as lead coordinator for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) dashboard
  • Log any site issues, deviations, or punch-list items, route them to the appropriate field personnel, and actively monitor the system to ensure everything is resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage the quality database on OneDrive
  • Organize incoming material certifications, daily logs, and inspection reports into a standardized file structure
  • Attend all essential quality meetings



What you’ll need (minimum qualifications):

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Consistent dependability and availability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment
  • Have the aptitude to learn new systems.
  • General Mechanical Systems Knowledge.

 

Good to have:

  • 1-5 years' experience in the field of HVAC
  • Experience working with building owners is preferred
