Job Title : HR Recruiter Qualification : Any Graduates Relevant Experience : 3+ Years Must Have Skills : 1. Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates 2. Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) 3. Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment Good Have Skills : 1. Experience in volume hiring 2. Stakeholder management skills 3. Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance 4. Experience in ATS handling Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) 2. Handle lateral hiring requirements across multiple roles 3. Conduct initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews 4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements 5. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles 6.
