Marketing Manager (12 Month FTC)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead campaigns and content that drive commercial growth and strengthen Makers’ position as a leading voice in AI, leadership and workforce transformation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action - delivering high-quality campaigns, creating strong content, supporting programme launches, and helping bring our brand to life through standout events and experiences.

The role is a 12-month Maternity Cover contract primarily focused on B2B marketing and strategic candidate attraction for our key programmes, working closely with Sales, Admissions and senior stakeholders to ensure marketing delivers real commercial impact.
