Job Title : Relationship Manager Qualification : Any Graduate and Above Relevant Experience : 3+ Years Must Have Skills : 1.In-depth understanding of Mutual Funds, Banking Products, and Investment Solutions. 2.Strong knowledge of AML policies, KYC norms, and compliance protocols. 3.Familiarity with Fund Houses and third-party product structures. 4.Comfortable using internal systems such as ICIC credentialing tools (or ICICI-specific systems if applicable). 5.Ability to handle service operations even during national-level disruptions or emergencies. 6.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 7.Target-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth Good Have Skills : Experience in a Banking / Wealth Management / Mutual Fund Distribution environment. Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients to ensure consistent growth in business and relationship value. 2.Offer personalized investment advice, with a focus on mutual funds, banking products, and third-party fund house offerings. 3.Ensure full AML/KYC compliance in all client onboarding and transactions, following regulatory and internal guidelines. 4.Cross-sell relevant financial products to maximize wallet share per client. 5.Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with efficiency and professionalism. 6.Leverage ICIC (if referring to ICICI Bank credentials or internal tools) for secure and compliant transaction management. 7.Remain responsive and operational during national disturbances, ensuring uninterrupted client servicing and risk mitigation. 8.Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, operations, and product managers to deliver seamless service.
