Job Title : HR Recruiter Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA in HR Preferred Relevant Experience : 3 - 5 Years of experience Must Have Skills : 1. End-to-end recruitment 2. Sourcing and screening profiles 3. Interview coordination 4. Good communication skills 5. Experience in bulk hiring Good Have Skills : 1. Knowledge of job portals 2. Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring 3. Team handling skills 4. MS Excel knowledge Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non IT requirements in BFSI domain 2. Source candidates through different career portals and references 3. Perform Boolean search for quality candidate sourcing 4. Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements 5. Schedule and coordinate interviews 6. Follow up with candidates and clients till closure 7. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports 8.Ensure positions are closed within timelines Location : Chennai CTC Range : 2 Lpa - 5.5 Lpa Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred Mode of Interview : F2F Shift Timing : 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Mode of Work : Work from office
