Relationship Manager

Job Title : Relationship Manager Qualification : Any Grads Relevant Experience : 3+ years into Relationship Manager or wealth manager Must Have Skills : Sales target achievement (%) AUM growth Client acquisition & retention rate SIP book growth Revenue generation Good Have Skills : Sales Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Client Acquisition & Business Development ● Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital leads. ● Promote and sell mutual fund schemes based on client risk profiles and financial goals. ● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Relationship Management ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients. ● Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies. ● Address client queries, concerns, and service requests promptly. 3. Advisory & Financial Planning ● Understand client financial needs (retirement, tax planning, wealth creation, etc.). ● Recommend appropriate mutual fund products (Equity, Debt, Hybrid, SIPs, ELSS, etc.). ● Educate clients on market trends and investment opportunities. 4. Compliance & Documentation ● Ensure proper KYC documentation and regulatory compliance. ● Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation. ● Adhere to company policies and financial regulations (e.g., AMFI guidelines). 5. Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth ● Cross-sell other financial products (Insurance, PMS, Bonds, etc.) where applicable. ● Increase AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue per client.
