The Role


  • Execute customer service tasks for the sales team relating to the: enter quotes, enter orders, follow up quotes, order products, chase vendors, arrange freight, follow up freight, etc.
  • Answer every call within 3 rings – be the happy person on the phone our customers get to work with!
  • Proactively telephone customers regarding orders, quotes, inquiries where needed
  • Report and follow up regarding sales team metrics
  • Prepare written quotes
  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed
  • Other duties as needed


Required Skills/Qualifications


  • Solve problems without stress – cool head
  • Love to work in an office environment
  • Excellent phone sales skills
  • Passionate about fanatical customer service
  • You love getting things organized
  • Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail. The detail matters! If we can't get the small things right, we'll never hope to get the big things right!
  • Brilliant task and time management skills. You always complete your assigned tasks on time, every time!
  • You have a passionate hatred for messy offices and disorganized desks
  • Demonstrated min 2 years customer service experience
  • Willingness to take on other people’s problems
  • Experience in using salesforce.com CRM system
  • Experience in using NetSuite ERP system
