• 10+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably including time at a tech startup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience in working with diverse HR Talent Tools and Systems
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
• Experience in partnering with Talent Programs Teams and implementing company wide Talent Programs and initiatives.
• Deep hands-on knowledge and experience with employee relations, performance management and HR compliance for India(including employment laws, labor relations, and practices, primarily for employees)
• Experience with working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Successful candidates are passionate about people, have high energy and empathy, and impeccable integrity
