Whether it’s coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding workflows, updating employee records, or helping keep processes organized, you’re comfortable figuring things out and getting things done. You’re not afraid to ask questions along the way, and you know how to balance ownership with curiosity when navigating new situations.
You’re excited by the opportunity to support recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day People operations at Blockworks. You enjoy staying organized, helping teams move quickly, and supporting the behind-the-scenes work that helps create a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs our People & Talent Partner, you’ll help support the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team at Blockworks. You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and People operations to help keep processes organized and running smoothly as the company scales.
