Sortation Product Manager

• →Serve as the global business owner for a market-leading automated sortation product
• →Drive both near-term product improvements (cost, efficiency, functionality) and the long-term innovation roadmap
• →Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Service teams
• →Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product strategy
• →Build business cases, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and guide development decisions
• →Support product launches, sales enablement, and lifecycle management of the installed base
• →Influence stakeholders and senior leaders without direct authority

What We’re Looking For

• →Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• →5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, or Operations within an industrial or technical environment
• →Strong commercial acumen and experience in customer-facing or deal-driven settings
• →Persuasive, fact-based communicator who can drive alignment across functions
• →Background in material handling, automation, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors preferred
• →Comfortable with field engagement and 25–30% travel (some international)

Compensation & Location

• → Base Salary: 140,000-165,000
• → Incentives: Performance-based variable compensation targeting 20–50% of base
