BlueCloud, a Snowflake Elite Partner data and AI consulting firm, is looking for a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. This is a leadership role for someone who can own company-wide marketing strategy end-to-end, drive our Snowflake partnership marketing, and build and lead a marketing team.

  • Own and drive BlueCloud's overall strategic marketing plan, aligning initiatives with company growth and go-to-market goals
  • Lead partner marketing programs, with a strong focus on Snowflake partnership marketing — co-marketing campaigns, joint content, partner-specific events, MDF utilization, and partner relationship management
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality execution
  • Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, and email
  • Plan and execute partner-specific and company events, both virtual and in-person
  • Partner closely with sales, delivery, and leadership to ensure marketing supports broader business objectives
  • Own brand strategy and positioning across all company and partner-facing materials
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including demonstrated ownership of strategy — not just execution
  • Experience in data, analytics, or technology/IT consulting industries strongly preferred
  • Experience with technology partner marketing programs (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems) a strong plus
  • Prior experience leading or managing a marketing team
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, able to translate business goals into marketing plans
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
