Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead multidisciplinary building systems projects from early planning through construction support
- →Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and consultant activity for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design efforts
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal technical teams
- →Guide project execution with a strong focus on quality, responsiveness, and commercial performance
- →Assist with creating proposals, budgeting project costs, and managing scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle
- →Review design deliverables for completeness, coordination, and alignment with client objectives
- →Monitor project risks, action items, and decision points to keep delivery moving and stakeholders aligned
- →Facilitate meetings, document project progress, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
- →Support permitting, compliance, and jurisdictional coordination as needed for assigned work
- →Contribute to long term client relationships by identifying needs, solving problems, and creating a strong project experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, plus project leadership experience in the built environment
- 8 plus years of experience managing engineering or construction related projects, ideally within healthcare, education, civic, or commercial sectors
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and the project delivery process
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow through
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and contract administration
- Professional Engineer, PMP, or similar credential is valued but not required
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting with periodic travel to client and project sites around the Cincinnati region
- Visible role with meaningful project ownership
