  • Turn loosely defined technical requirements into practical component recommendations by partnering with internal engineering and operations teams.
  • Lead customer conversations, technical presentations, and solution discussions for specialized RF, microwave, and low temperature applications.
  • Help advance early-stage opportunities from discovery through quotation, handoff, and program coordination.
  • Track market signals, competitive activity, and emerging use cases to help shape account strategy and future product priorities.
  • Build credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders, serving as a trusted resource during complex buying cycles.
  • Represent the organization at customer visits, conferences, and industry events tied to emerging hardware markets.
  • Contribute market insight that helps guide longer-term growth initiatives, partnership development, and solution evolution.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, field engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • Ability to communicate credibly around RF, microwave, cryogenic, or similarly complex engineered systems.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate technical detail into practical business value.
  • Comfort operating in evolving markets where customer requirements may not be fully defined at the outset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Experience with engineering documentation, technical data, or lab-oriented environments is helpful.
  • Exposure to quantum-adjacent markets or emerging physics-based technologies is a plus.
