Accounting Manager

• →Own month end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation for a lean services business
• →Manage contractor and vendor payment flows, maintaining accurate records for 1099 activity and related reporting
• →Monitor billing, cash application, and revenue tracking across client engagements
• →Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting workflows in a growing, process building environment
• →Partner with leadership on forecasts, ad hoc analysis, and operational reporting that supports business decisions
• →Coordinate audit and tax support, organize schedules, and help maintain GAAP compliant records
• →Mentor developing accounting talent and serve as a dependable day to day accounting resource

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience in a hands-on environment
• Background in professional services, consulting, legal, or other billable hour environments is especially valuable
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working in ERP or cloud accounting platforms
• CPA or CMA is welcomed but not required
• Strong judgment, follow through, and the ability to operate independently in a lean team
