Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead installation and site activation for industrial AI and automation solutions across customer facilities
- →Translate plant floor requirements into reliable hardware, network, and software readiness plans
- →Own commissioning, validation, and turnover activities so new systems enter production with confidence
- →Collaborate closely with site leadership and technical personnel to address operational challenges and support timely issue resolution.
- →Support setup and tuning of cameras, sensors, compute hardware, and related edge equipment
- →Work cross-functionally to communicate implementation progress, monitor technical concerns, and relay operational insights to internal teams.
- →Capture deployment lessons learned, technical configurations, and repeatable implementation practices
- →Assist with on-site data gathering and system performance checks that support ongoing product improvement
- →Support onsite initiatives across production facilities in North America with travel expectations reaching approximately 50% as business needs require.
- Background in engineering, technical studies, or comparable practical experience working within manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Background in field deployment, commissioning, systems integration, or technical implementation in industrial settings
- Familiarity with integrated hardware technologies, monitoring equipment, connected devices, industrial communication systems, or automation platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting discipline, customer presence, and ability to work independently on site
- Clear communication skills with both plant personnel and cross-functional internal teams
- Able to travel across the United States and Canada to support customer launch activity
- Exposure to areas such as visual inspection technologies, programmable control systems, Linux-based platforms, or automated production environments is considered a plus.
