  • Lead day to day branch performance across two major coastal service hubs, balancing customer response, field execution, and financial results.
  • Guide supervisors, coordinators, and field personnel toward higher productivity, stronger planning, and consistent service quality.
  • Improve operating rhythm through practical KPIs, better scheduling, cleaner workflows, and follow through on commitments.
  • Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to support revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, readiness, documentation, and regulatory compliance in a service environment with little room for error.
  • Build an accountable team culture through hiring, coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Oversee resource planning, parts and equipment readiness, and service delivery across inspection, maintenance, and repair activity.
  • Step into issues quickly, resolve customer escalations professionally, and keep the organization focused on reliable execution.
  • Proven leadership experience in a service-based business with responsibility for people, performance, and operating results.
  • Experience leading field teams, branch operations, technical service groups, or distributed service functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of scheduling, labor utilization, customer support, and branch level execution.
  • Track record of improving processes, raising accountability, and helping teams perform at a higher level.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, or broader business performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees, customers, and leadership partners.
  • Comfort working in a regulated, compliance focused, or safety sensitive environment.
  • Industry background in marine services, fire and life safety, technical inspection, industrial services, or a related field is strongly valued.
