  • Apply strong foundations in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and digital signal processing to difficult engineering problems.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to evaluate results, investigate issues, and improve system outcomes.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, experiment planning, and engineering discussions that support program execution.
  • Operate effectively in a startup style environment that requires sound judgment, adaptability, and independent thinking.
  • Undergraduate education in a quantitative or engineering discipline is required, while a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of radar signal processing techniques, algorithm design, and statistical modeling methodologies.
  • High proficiency with MATLAB for technical analysis and algorithm prototyping.
  • Proficiency in software development using C, C++, and Python for technical and analytical applications.
  • Strong mathematical background, especially in linear algebra and DSP related methods.
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and perform well with minimal direction.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with estimation techniques, array processing, or other advanced mathematical approaches.
  • Exposure to defense, aerospace, RF sensing, autonomy, or similarly complex technical domains.
