Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization across Google Ads programs, including search, performance focused video, display, remarketing, and other relevant campaign types
- →Manage campaign structure, targeting, audience segmentation, keyword development, and budget pacing to improve efficiency and volume
- →Evaluate performance trends and turn data into action across bidding, creative direction, landing page strategy, and funnel performance
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen attribution, improve tracking quality, and connect media performance to downstream business outcomes
- →Use offline conversion signals, call data, and CRM insights to improve optimization decisions and lead quality
- →Run disciplined tests across ad messaging, offers, landing pages, and conversion paths to uncover new growth opportunities
- →Monitor acquisition costs, return on spend, and conversion performance while identifying ways to scale responsibly
- →Build clear reporting and forecasting views that help leadership understand channel performance and growth potential
- Five or more years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
- Proven success managing large monthly budgets in a performance driven environment
- Strong background in direct response or lead generation marketing
- Experience improving results across bidding strategy, search term management, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, call tracking, and offline conversion imports
- Confidence working with cross functional partners in analytics, operations, and sales support environments
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a bias toward action
Nice to Have

- Backgrounds tied to automotive, insurance, financial services, legal, healthcare, or other high consideration consumer markets will translate well.
