• →Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cashiering, and transactions.
• →Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
• →Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or special requests professionally.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• →Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.

• Previous barista experience in a café or food service environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong skills in sales, cash handling, basic math, and retail math are essential for accurate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while delivering exceptional customer service.
