Sourcing & Proposal Specialist

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1to 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or proposal preparation, preferably within the industrial, oil & gas, engineering, or MEP

• Strong negotiation and communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
