Bartender

• →Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so that servers can deliver the best drink possible
• →Work the service bar in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure all drink orders have been rung in
• →Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• →Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment
• →Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
• →Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience
• →Address guest concerns and inform manager
• →Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
• →Clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash from the bar area
• →Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• →Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• →Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Previous Bartender or restaurant experience preferred
• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Mobility required during the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
• Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)
