Busser

• →Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen
• →Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• →Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• →Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• →Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• →Assist servers with food delivery
• →Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
• →Complete opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned
• →Assist teammates with opening/running/closing side work duties upon request

• Previous busser or restaurant experience preferred
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Mobility required during the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
