We’re searching for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment. If you love making people feel welcome and have a passion for excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!

1-3 years of customer service experience (bonus points for medical or dental experience!)
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience with multi-line phone systems
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn
