- →Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
- →Foster a positive, patient-focused office culture
- →Manage scheduling, systems, and office performance
- →Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines
- →Support both team members and patients with professionalism and care
- 3+ years of dental practice management experience
- Associate’s Degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance protocols, dental software, and office systems
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Outstanding organization and time management abilities
- Solid understanding of dental regulations and compliance
