We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has at least 3 years of dental practice management experience
✨ Holds an AA degree in business management or a related field
✨ Knows the ins and outs of dental billing, insurance, and software
✨ Leads with enthusiasm, empathy, and confidence
✨ Excels at time management and keeps the team running smoothly
✨ Has a strong grasp of industry regulations and compliance
