Chief of Staff, Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives

Advantage HQ is building the next generation consumer products platform.

We manage over $850M in annual media spend, execute 80,000+ creator partnerships every month, and leverage a network of 400,000+ influencers across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Powered by Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to accelerate customer acquisition, creator partnerships, product launches, and brand growth.

Alongside the platform, we're building a portfolio of consumer brands across health, wellness, nutrition, beauty, personal care, and lifestyle through venture creation, acquisitions, growth capital, and strategic partnerships.

This role sits at the center of both.

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.

We're looking for a highly experienced operator who can work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team to drive the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives from strategy through execution.

You'll operate across the organization, leading complex, cross-functional projects that may involve business transformation, operating model redesign, AI implementation, new venture launches, acquisitions, portfolio company initiatives, organizational scaling, or other company-defining priorities.

You won't simply make recommendations or maintain project trackers.

You'll create the structure, drive accountability, manage execution, solve problems, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results.

• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept through execution
• Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and success metrics
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
• Drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they derail execution
• Establish operating cadences and executive reporting
• Keep senior stakeholders aligned and accountable

• Improve how Advantage HQ operates and scales
• Design and implement operating systems, processes, and workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, quality, and cost
• Build visibility into the health and progress of critical initiatives
• Support annual planning, OKRs, KPIs, and organizational priorities
• Help reduce founder dependency through stronger systems, ownership, and accountability

You'll work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team on high-priority initiatives across:

• Strategy and operations
• Organizational transformation
• AI and technology
• Growth and marketing
• Finance and business performance
• Executive recruiting
• New ventures and product launches
• Acquisitions and portfolio companies

The projects will change. The expectation won't:

Take ownership, create structure, drive execution, and deliver results.

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

• Led multiple company-critical initiatives from strategy through execution
• Built systems that improve organizational efficiency and execution
• Created greater visibility into company-wide priorities and project health
• Identified and eliminated major operational bottlenecks
• Improved executive decision-making through better reporting and data
• Established stronger accountability across teams and senior stakeholders
• Helped launch or transform major business initiatives
• Become a trusted strategic and operational partner to the Founder

We're looking for a senior operator and exceptional project/program leader who has repeatedly taken complex initiatives from ambiguity to execution.

You likely have:

• 7–15+ years of relevant experience
• Deep experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, transformation, or enterprise program management
• A proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
• A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• The ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Strong judgment and a high degree of ownership
• A bias toward action and execution

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt) is highly valued, particularly when paired with demonstrated experience improving business processes and operational performance.

Candidates from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or other leading strategy consulting firms are welcome, but consulting experience alone isn't enough. We strongly prefer candidates who have demonstrated they can own execution inside a business, not simply develop recommendations.

Experience working directly with Founders, CEOs, or senior executive teams is highly valued.

This role is probably not for you if you're looking for a traditional administrative Chief of Staff position or a project coordination role.

Most strategy roles focus on determining what a business should do.

Most project management roles focus on delivering a defined project.

Most Chief of Staff roles focus on supporting an executive.

This role combines all three.

You'll work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team on initiatives that can materially shape the future of Advantage HQ and its growing portfolio of consumer businesses.

You may help redesign how the company operates, launch a new venture, implement AI, evaluate an acquisition, improve a portfolio company, or build the systems required for the next stage of growth.

The problems will change. Your level of ownership won't.
