The Tech Education & Adoption team within Enterprise IT educates and engages the BMS workforce so we have the “digital dexterity” required to thrive in a continuously evolving, AI-powered modern workplace. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our AI adoption strategy—supporting employees in building AI literacy, integrating AI into their workflows, and unlocking innovation across the enterprise. Your primary focus will be on the AIQ Champions program, AIQ Academy, and the adoption of BMS’s AI ecosystem, but will also include change management and adoption of other digital and productivity tools supported by Enterprise IT for the company. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing our enterprise AI adoption strategy – building AI literacy at scale, embedding AI into everyday workflows, and unlocking measurable productivity and innovation across BMS. You will be both a strategic leader and hands-on coach: setting direction for the team, partnering across functions, and personally elevating the quality of how we educate, enable, and inspire BMS colleagues on AI. Role Description Working under the direction of the Tech Education & Adoption lead, within the Digital Workforce Technology & Experience team, this role blends deep understanding of the BMS workforce’s business needs with strong command of our existing and emerging AI technologies to deliver communications, adoption, education and change strategies that make our colleagues measurably more productive. The ideal candidate combines tech savviness with empathy, executive presence, and creative problem solving. You will design and lead successful change management and adoption strategies through impeccable written and oral communication skills, fluency in project and change management methodology, and a relentless passion for continuous learning and improvement – especially as AI capabilities evolve. Key Responsibilities Lead the AIQ Champions Program * Own the strategy, governance, and operating cadence of the AIQ Champions program across all BMS functions * Recruit, onboard, and continuously enable a diverse community of AIQ Champions; design clear value propositions, recognition models, and engagement loops * Build the connective tissue between AIQ Champions, business functions, IT, and Learning & Development to surface, validate, and scale high-impact AI use cases and adoption. Drive AIQ Academy Execution * Design in partnership with the AI hub trainings and deliver instructor-led and self-paced education programs across the AI tool stack * Create audience-tailored programs for distinct learner segments: e.g., VPs, People Managers, Admins/Project Coordinators, and general knowledge workers * Establish learner feedback loops and analytics to evaluate effectiveness; iterate curriculum based on adoption data, learner experience, and emerging AI capabilities * Curate and govern AI content (mandatory and optional modules, certifications, prompt libraries, demo videos, quick reference guides) * Onboard new AI instructors as needed * Manage monthly training schedule for global audience Drive Enterprise AI Adoption * Lead change management strategies for BMS AI platforms * Define, instrument, and report on enterprise AI adoption metrics; translate insights into action with senior IT and business stakeholders * Collaborate with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and embed AI into daily workflows and high-value business processes * Champion responsible AI use across all programs, content, and communications * Translate AI Adoption metrics into actionable recommendations; partner with IT and business leaders to drive targeted interventions that improve adoption outcomes Drive Tech Education and Adoption Programs beyond AI * Lead Working Smarter program to drive adoption of productivity tools through Working Smarter site, blog and champion community * Partner with owners of technology to create & execute change management and communication plans. Competencies * Bring thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of the discipline (AI adoption, change management, learning, communications) and developed knowledge of other related disciplines * Be able to react to the fast pace of AI change by staying current on emerging capabilities, rapidly translating them into practical team guidance, and adjusting priorities as needed. * Actively participate in troubleshooting of routine problems and remove blockers * Persuade and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate actions and achieve the desired outcome * Articulate and present complex information clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership * Continuously improve processes, structures, and knowledge within the team; lead analysis of current state, deliver strong recommendations, and execute moderately complex solutions * Identify opportunities for process improvement and execute solutions that drive measurable impact. * Evaluate complex issues through analytical thinking and prior experience, considering short- and long-term implications and interdependencies; guide others on when sufficient analysis has been completed to recommend a path forward * Take calculated risks to evaluate innovative solutions – especially important in a rapidly evolving AI landscape Qualifications & Experience * 3+ years of experience leading change management, adoption, or tech education engagements; demonstrated experience leading or mentoring others * Proven track record driving enterprise AI literacy and adoption initiatives at scale, including curriculum design, training delivery. * Experience designing and running champion, ambassador, or community programs that drive measurable behavior change * Experience with change management execution * Strong understanding of responsible AI use * Proficient with generative AI tools including Claude & Copilot as well as Microsoft products like SharePoint & Teams and their enterprise applications * Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, role-specific use cases, prompts, and adoption experiences * Experience with storytelling through writing, presentations, and video * Ability to articulate a shared vision and influence others toward achieving it * Strong customer-service orientation with experience resolving end-user challenges and turning friction into improvement * Ability to deliver quality outputs on time, both independently and through a team * Demonstrates a growth mindset, impeccable attention to detail, and the curiosity required to stay current in a rapidly evolving AI landscape * Bachelor’s degree preferred in change management, communications, education, organizational development, or a related field; equivalent experience considered If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $74,120 - $89,816 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
