Responsibilities

- →Unplug drains and commodes
- →Repair drawers
- →Repair doors and walls
- →Fix blinds
- →Replace ventilation system filters
- →Repair windows
- →Replace ceiling tiles
- →Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Academy
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Understanding of general maintenance terms
- Ability to learn new skills
- Must (occasionally) lift/carry up to 100 lbs. and push/pull up to 25 lbs.
