→Entry & Intermediate level positions
→Able to work assigned shifts, which may include day, evening, night, weekend, or holiday shift hours
→Receive, dispatch, and log radio traffic on multiple radio frequencies
→Receive, dispatch, and log emergency and non-emergency phone calls at the Main Entrance
→Monitor fire and security alarms and cameras, dispatch, and log all alarms received
→Greet visitors to the campus, answer questions, and provide directions
→Follow established assignment schedule, ensure field officers are informed, and log all assignments completed
→May obtain CPR/First Aid certification
→Must (occasionally) lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
Communication and customer service skills; proficient in phone etiquette
Multi-tasking skills under pressure while maintaining a professional and calm appearance and atmosphere
Education: High school graduate or GED
Computer Programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Web-based applications
Speedy and accurate keyboarding skills
