Collision Estimator Apprentice

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Collision Center as an Estimator Apprentice.

This position combines customer service, Collision Center office operations, and hands-on estimator training. No previous estimating experience is required—we'll train you and pay for your Estimator course and applicable licensing/certification fees.

• →Provide customer service throughout the collision repair process
• →Answer phones, schedule appointments, check in customers, and provide repair updates
• →Learn and perform Collision Center office procedures and systems
• →Assess collision and comprehensive vehicle damage
• →Learn estimating and repair-order software
• →Prepare estimates following insurance and company guidelines
• →Work with technicians and Parts Advisors to coordinate proper repairs
• →Monitor repair progress and assist with quality control
• →Complete repair documentation and final insurance billing

• Automotive experience required – Parts, Service, Technician, or Collision experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer, typing, and basic math skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple priorities
• Valid PA driver's license
