✅ Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
✅ Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
✅ Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
✅ Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
