Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, California.

Responsibilities

→Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
→Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
→Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
→Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
→Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
→Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
→Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders

Requirements

3+ years of Project or Program management experience
3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience leading a team or a project
Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
Strong communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
OPP scheduling tool experience
Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced Excel, Power Point, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.
