The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Experienced Mechanical System Design & Analysis Engineer to join the Air Vehicle Engineering team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
A successful member of this team will understand and execute modifications and upgrades for the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) programs. The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Fuels system of the B-52, providing expertise in design and sustainment.

~1 min readBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
5+ years of experience in mechanical system design
Practical experience and knowledge of Fuels, Hydraulic Systems, or ECS.
Experience with and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience reading and interpreting engineering schematics, and specifications
Experience performing Mechanical System Design and Analysis
3+ years of experience designing tooling using CAD/CAM software, preferably CATIA
Experience producing technical reports and presentations
Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills
Familiarity with engineering processes and methods
Experience working with cross functional teams.
