The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to serve as the Signature Assurance and Verification Lead Engineer.

This role is pivotal in leading the Signature Assessment and Verification (SAV) team for a new Air Dominance Program in St. Louis, Missouri.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling stealth performance of advanced platforms through effective manufacturing and operational processes.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Proven experience in signature assessment, verification engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and signature verification methods
Relevant low observables design, integration, test, or maintenance experience
Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship required)

Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related field
Previous experience leading engineering teams in a defense or aerospace environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Experience in creating specifications, procedures, and technical reports
Skills in data visualization and effective communication of results to diverse audiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%)
