3+ years of experience in commercial software development projects
Proficiency in acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (RESTful and SOAP methods)
Knowledge of DevTools and browser debugging tools
Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and comprehensive test cases
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestMo)
Solid understanding of defect management, including tracking, prioritizing, and verifying bugs
Ability to identify and document technical debt across the project lifecycle
Experience testing complex systems with external dependencies
Basic SQL skills to verify data integrity and ensure data quality
Familiarity with databases and tools for data inspection
Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts (e.g. k6, JMeter)
Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana or similar
Basic knowledge of Git
Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
Ability to discuss implementation details with developers (frontend/backend)
Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and risks in software behavior
B2+ level of English & Polish (written and spoken)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
Knowledge of QA metrics and reporting practices
Experience in defining/refining requirements and business goals
Ability to create use case diagrams or process documentation
Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, or similar)

You ensure that software features address the right problems and deliver value
You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and Agile Project Leads a daily basis
You’ll embrace Agile methodologies and contribute to a true Scrum process
You’ll plan and manage your own tasks in a supportive, self-organizing team
