Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Evaluate and diagnose chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions
- →Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- →Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- →Perform pre-op assessments and manage follow-up care
- →Monitor and manage controlled substance protocols responsibly
- →Collaborate closely with physicians to deliver safe, high-quality care
- →Support clinic flow, triage urgent needs, and optimize patient outcomes
- →Educate patients and families with clarity and compassion
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Licensed or eligible in the state of Wisconsin
- National certification required
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with EHR systems
- Passion for patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Participate in education sessions, QA reviews, and special projects
- Engage in community events (sports physicals, health fairs, outreach)
- Mentor students and contribute to a culture of learning
- Grow your expertise in Pain Management, PM&R, and Orthopedics
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- A proactive, flexible approach to patient care
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and best practice standards
