Prepare cooking classes, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are ready with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
Deliver engaging and informative cooking classes and demonstrations
Host our guests in a warm and friendly environment
Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and ensuring a positive experience for guests
Maintain a clean and organised cooking area
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Clean down after classes together with the Cook School Assistant

Requirements

Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines and techniques
Proven experience as a professional chef or culinary instructor
Passion for food and cooking, with a desire to share knowledge and inspire others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Food hygiene and safety certification is a plus
