About the role: Reporting to the Data & Business Solutions Manager, the Master Data Management Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining Customer, Seller and Material Master Data across EMEA. This role also serves as a trusted partner and advisor to our business users, while overseeing a variety of Master Data related activities in SAP ECC / S4HANA and MDG. Additionally, the Master Data Specialist plays a crucial role in continuously improving Data processes to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: * Creating, modifying, and maintaining customer, seller and material master data in SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, MDG and other systems * Investigating potential data issues across applications, identifying solutions, and implementing them effectively * Engaging in Master Data activities as part of mergers and acquisitions * Conducting continuous process reviews, identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement to enhance Master Data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness * Supporting EMEA-wide master data related projects and enhancements * Documenting data management processes, workflows and governance standards * Providing required support for audits (e.g. SOX) * Working closely with diverse functions, including Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Requirements: * Currently Studying Bachelors or Masters in Business, IT or relevant fields. * Proficient English & fluent Polish (C1) * Additional languages are an asset (French, Spanish, Italian) * Good analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines * Self-starter with a sense of urgency to complete activities and projects with high quality We offer: * Hybrid working mode (3 days in the office) * Working in an international environment * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals * Inspirational colleagues & culture * A team-oriented company culture * International opportunities * Modern office in the center of Warsaw Requisition ID: 630047 Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
