Assessment Officer

• A BSc (hons) in Computing, Information Systems, or Related qualification.

• → Support planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external examinations.
• →Prepare examination schedules, documentation, exam packs, seating plans, and required resources.
• →Assist in the conduct and invigilation of physical and online examinations.
• →Coordinate marking, moderation, and accurate updating of marks and attendance in the ERP system.
• →Manage plagiarism detection processes using Turnitin or similar tools and document academic misconduct cases.
• →Provide guidance and counselling to students on academic honesty and plagiarism prevention.
• →Ensure adherence to assessment deadlines, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards (QMS).
• →Handle assessment-related queries and requests through GLPI within defined SLAs.
• →Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and stakeholders.
• →Perform any other assessment-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or management.
