Headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with multiple locations across the region, we supply building material dealers with the products, support, and reliability they need to serve their customers. As an Interior Door Shop Associate at BPI, you will be an important member of our millwork team responsible for the production and assembly of high-quality interior doors. In this hands-on role, you will work with a variety of materials, equipment, and assembly processes to ensure products are built accurately, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process while supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to follow production schedules, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manufacture interior door units according to specifications and production schedules.
  • Operate shop equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Measure, cut, machine, and prepare components for assembly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures and squares.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
