As a Regional Sourcing Specialist, you will be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

As a Regional Sourcing Specialist, you will work in collaboration with both the Category Manager and key regional stakeholders by developing, leading, and executing the local, regional, and national componentry sourcing plan.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice and preparing country market analysis, including a deep understanding of competitive dynamics, discontinuities, and rich insights into external environmental and
political and legal threats and/or opportunities impacting market conditions.
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will manage all regional procurement and sourcing activities for Global Components by seeking out suitable strategic and ethical vendors as well as negotiating, executing, and implementing commercial agreements.
Key Technical Criteria:
- Postgraduate qualification in International Commerce, Business, or related discipline desired
- CIPSA or similar qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a global strategic sourcing, category management or procurement role in a Multinational Enterprise (MNE)
- Experience in a heavy engineering/manufacturing environment
- Experience developing fact-based business cases
- Advanced influencing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build effective business relationships and influence stakeholders
- Able to lead moderate to complex negotiations.
- ERP Microsoft excel, P2P, B2B, word ppt, SaaS programs i.e. Jaggaer
