We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to support our Product & Tech and Content divisions. Partnering closely with C-level leaders and reporting directly to the CHRO, you will shape and deliver people strategies that directly enable business performance and talent growth.
This role offers the exciting challenge of driving organizational design, succession planning, and performance management across multiple global jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while collaborating seamlessly with our wider HR function to ensure a world-class employee experience.
This is a hybrid role based at our Ljubljana office.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with C-level executives and their leadership teams across Product & Tech and Content to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
- Lead performance management, talent and succession planning, organizational talent reviews, and employee relations.
- Support managers in building high-performing, engaged, and scalable teams by providing expert guidance on complex people matters and risk mitigation.
- Identify talent gaps and critical capabilities, driving actions to build robust succession pipelines and organizational readiness.
- Drive workforce planning and support change management initiatives to ensure the organization scales effectively.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech leaders on specialized initiatives such as job architecture, career pathing, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Use business acumen, data, and sound judgment to diagnose organizational issues and design pragmatic HR solutions.
- Work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to deliver a highly joined-up approach that enhances the manager and employee experience.
- Support business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment between global people principles and local contexts.
- Seamlessly shift between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you bring to the team:
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner collaborating with senior leaders to design and implement business-aligned people solutions.
- Proven track record in key HR disciplines, focused on performance management, talent and succession planning, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Strong grasp of business mechanics, including P&L, budgeting, resource planning, and how people strategies directly impact the bottom line.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to advise executives and navigate ambiguity, complexity, and change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortably balancing high-level strategic work with hands-on, day-to-day execution.
- Experience using LLMs (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner within a technology company, with an understanding of tech environments to credibly support specialized initiatives.
- Experience supporting operations and navigating employment landscapes across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
