Responsibilities

  • Build a great office environment.
  • Support our IT Infrastructure and staff with IT-related requests and incidents
  • Ensuring everyone has the equipment they need to work
  • Perform daily checks.
  • Manage hardware stock levels.
  • Participate in service improvement projects and initiatives. 
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, if complexity arises, escalate to the IT Team.
  • Carry out procurement and policy implementation tasks.  
  • Run staff onboarding and offboarding sessions. 
  • Ensuring everyone has the equipment they need to work
  • Perform daily checks.
  • Manage hardware stock levels.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, if complexity arises, escalate to the IT Team.
  • Carry out procurement and policy implementation tasks.  
  • Run staff onboarding and offboarding sessions. 
  • Lead office activities, following up on daily activities and partnership with our vendors.
  • Support our office benefits through:
    • Planning & collecting deliveries
    • Assisting with breakfast & lunch setup
    • Liaising with the cleaning team
    • Support our culture team with planning, budgeting and event setup
  • Monitoring our office help desk and resolving or escalating any issues.
  • Manage budgets in partnership with our Finance team.
  • Assist the Mobility team on an as-needed basis with relocation visits for incoming academites
  • Provide translation and language support during essential local appointments, such as housing viewings, bank account setups, and administrative procedures.
  • Serve as a local point of contact for newly relocated team members, offering guidance and answering general questions about living in and navigating Buenos Aires.
  • A service-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. 
  • Be prepared to go beyond boundaries and extend support to the team and members.
  • Solid experience in MS Office / Google Suite. Experience with Excel / Google Sheets is required for the role.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors.
  • Fluent English, as you’ll be supporting individuals from different backgrounds!
    • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows and MacOS). 
    • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. 
    • Previous experience in administrative or customer service backgrounds is beneficial for this role.
  • This is a full time job (en relación de dependencia).
  • Hybrid Salary (50% of net salary paid in USD)
  • 20 working days vacation plus all Argentina public holidays.
